the links on the shame page work now (well before my commit).
i was using the links in the emails which are not working:

works - http://roundup.ffmpeg.org/roundup/ffmpeg/issue1246
not working - https://roundup.ffmpeg.org/issue455

summary of gpl violation issues:
carl is demotivated to work on it
i am demotivated to work on them
michael wants to be part of talks with sflc/violators.
zakulec hasnt worked on roundup for 1+ year(s)

no one has updated a gpl violation since at least february's message
from ronald: https://roundup.libav.org/issue455

"Ronald S. Bultje <rsbultje at gmail.com> added the comment:

Hi,

sorry to have to reply for Diego, but he's been having issues with his
computer. Basically it's broken. Please give hime a little slack in
fixing this. You've been on here since halfway 2008, a few days extra
doesn't matter."

diego never replied to that issue. 'few days' ehhe.

[cc'd to ronald and libav-devel]
