[FFmpeg-devel] [rfc] add teletext to mpegtsenc

Currently we should be able to demux teletext in ts (anybody does have a
sample?) but apparently we aren't able to remux it properly.

Here the first try on it, trying to mux generic data as is doesn't lead
to useful results, I can see it in the file by inspecting it with vim
but av_read_frame doesn't output it. Anybody with better knowledge of
the mpegts demuxer could please tell me more =) ?
