        swscale: split swscale.c in unscaled and generic conversion routines.

This amongth other things moves the main public scaling function
sws_scale() in swscale_unscaled.c

please fix it.

PS: messup #1 was duplicating 2200 lines of code, #2 and #3 where the
    code just segfaulting
