[FFmpeg-devel] compiling ffmpeg with cygwin

Hi,

I tried to compile the git trunk with cygwin 1.7.8. It failed
compiling libavcodec/aaccoder.c with
"float_t undeclared type".

Adding "#include <math.h>" fixed this problem.
