"Exempt," you keep using that word. I do not think it means what you
think it means.

This would be much better:

"You are not exempt from being *considered* [or known as or regarded]
not only a traitor, but a lying swine like Attla, (Alex,) and Diego."

As it is currently worded, you are ordering Ronald to betray
whatever/whomever you think he is betraying.
