[FFmpeg-devel] Problem MPEG-TS

I have a mpeg-ts stream which crashes ffmpeg, well does not crash but 
ffmpeg does NOT process the stream, ends up doing nothing after working 
out the stream map.
If i do "ffmpeg -i itv4.ts -vcodec copy -acodec copy -f mpegts 
a.ts" then "ffmpeg -i a.ts -b 1000k -ab 96k -f mpegts -y b.ts" it works

But if i do "ffmpeg -i itv4.ts -b 1000k -ab 96k -f mpegts -y a.ts", it stops after printing out the "Stream Mapping"

file is ITV4.ts and is on the ftp site tvonip.dk
