[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] web/documentation: remove link to badly outdated HOWTOs

The user should better rely on examples and source code, pointing to
ancient instructions is misleading.

FFmpeg contributor are ubergeeks and will be able to figure things out
from the source and API docs, or checking other more updated resources.
