Nicolas, I just though I would mention that I tested your patches and yes
they do fix the segfault but the crash at the end that burek mentions in
https://ffmpeg.org/trac/ffmpeg/ticket/1400 for amix also occurs for amerge
when they are used in a filtergraph as described in the ticket.

If I only run amerge or only overlay then ffmpeg runs to completion, there
seems to be a problem with running both at the same time.
