I do not have a VDPAU setup, but in general it should only matter for
software decoding, not hardware.

I have some other patches that make VC-1 interlaced decode properly with
DXVA (without the patch mentioned above), but since i have no way to test
it on any other hwaccel, i cannot say if it would work at all for those.
