I've tested on Linux and MacOS.
For MacOS :
port install libopenjpeg
export CFLAGS="-I/opt/local/include/"
export LDFLAGS="-L/opt//local/lib/"
./configure --enable-libopenjpeg --prefix=/your/path/of/ffmpeg/
make
./ffplay -lowres 2
dcp/synchrojpeg2000-feature/jp2k_d9842703-519f-b145-91fa-8de1a220f16b_video.mxf

Colorspace seems to be good for me (I should do this test on a DCP2000
player when it's possible).
