If the constants are the only difference to earlier 
versions, you could also add some defines:

#if !defined(UTVF_RGB24_WIN)
#define UTVF_RGB24_WIN UTVF_NFCC_BGR_BU

I am not saying this is better, but if it's the 
only difference, it may make users happier.
