Thanks, but it generates for me "0001-lavfi-aconvert-unbreak.patch" patch :(

What I did:

git clone git://source.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg.git ffmpeg

modified "libavformat/utils.c" in text editor

git format-patch HEAD^

I have even tried to run "git commit -a" before "git format-patch ...", but then
git screams that I have no vi editor installed and exits.
