Should be: So your patch may just fix one case: qcelp
in mov with all frames of same rate - 4 aka 35 bytes (with multiple
frames in single packet or not),
and breaks all others.

There are such samples, because qcelp use variable rates.

In other words frames may be of size: 35, 17, 8, 4 bytes or 1 byte.
