[FFmpeg-devel] ffmpeg deb package maintenance

Accidentally i saw that help is needed in subj, and felt willing to
help with it.
As far as i understood, auto-packaging system should be set up.
Please describe how is it desired to work, on which environment it
should run, etc.
Any additional points you want to say are also appreciated.

Currently i am minor code contributor to ffmpeg.
Currently I am not using deb-based distros at my personal hosts (i use
Gentoo), but i have experience administering such distros.
I have no experience maintaining deb packages officially, but i have
experience of maintaining them (including automated packaging) for
company's private packages.
I am not the guy who knows debian packaging policies by heart, but it
is not a problem for me to re-read them thoroughly now for this task.

As today is the talk at UTC 16:00, i am planning to be on IRC at this
time, available for discussion.
