[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 5/6] tools: Use av_gettime_relative()

[Olivier Langlois]

Whenever av_gettime() is used to measure relative period of time,
av_gettime_relative() is prefered as it guarantee monotonic time
on supported platforms.
