Don't bother about the decoder patch. It causes that globe to be 
displayed with blue colors, but the whole 1-bit mode in qtrle.c is 
broken, and needs to be rewritten. By whom is another question, since 
there is no official documentation available. It would take some more 
reverse engineering, I guess.
