[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCHv3] Added QSV based VPP filter

Attached an updated version of the VPP filter.

 

Changes to v2 :

 

-        Copy input frame if not aligned

-        Proper use of AVERROR(ENOMEM)

-        Removed unneeded pointer checks

-        Cleanup

-        Updated Documentation
