I know it was 1 hour hack :)

Correct behavior should be:

1. when you use "-hwaccel cuvid" ffmpeg should try cuvid decoders first
2. alias in decoders "-c:v cuvid" and then ffmpeg should try only cuvid 
decoders

This should be same for other hwaccels.
