I did the ff_thread_once() variant. v4 coming up.

Fuzzing has been running for 22 hours now with no results at all (2.5B execs
in all). Granted, this doesn't include any of the alpha formats, and also
can't fuzz the resolution, but at least there's nothing glaringly obvious in
typical use.
