Then, this is the crux of the discussion: do you want every non-open-source library to be in FFmpeg?
For hardware acceleration and drivers, the cut is quite clear. For the rest, I'm not so sure.

If so, be prepared for a LOT of patches, for everything under the world, starting with librv11, and Eve and so on.
