[FFmpeg-devel] AAC LC playback issue

Hi,

I apologize for reporting a bug here but since your Trac instance
doesn't send verification mails for the account I created, I can't use
Trac and was advised on IRC to report my bug here.

The file hosted there:

doesn't play well with ffplay, the sound is heavily distorded.

The same issue happens when ffmpeg's AAC decoder is used in a GStreamer
pipeline. The issue doesn't happen if the ffmpeg AAC decoder is swaped
with the fdkaac decoder.

I've tried the latest release and a git master snapshot.
