[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Speedhq: Decode field 2 correctly

Sorry for the late answer.

There are no actual files, but this is used in the NDI streams.
There is a new library for that here:
https://code.videolan.org/jbk/libndi/ and this is how I found out about that.
