Hi Anton,
I am happy to volunteer as CC.

My campaign will consist of:
* swift action upon those who violate the CoC within a reasonable timeframe
* repercussions for those who abuse the CC, for example clogging the system
by reporting 100s of messages just because they contain a dissenting
opinion or because you don't like their tone
* advice and moderation, not just even when the CC is involved, but
providing suggestions on the language to use when necessary (ie. using more
inclusive words)
