I already replied to this mail, but no idea where the reply went, it 
seems to be lost in the ether.

Anyway, enhanced-rtmp v2 is still in alpha and the final spec is still 
subject to change. So the patchset cannot be merged yet.
It'll re-send it for review and merge once the spec is final. Which will 
likely not be anywhere near the 7.1 release.
