the previous cc has not responded to all people who made previous
complaints. i dont think this was a requirement. i'm just saying if you
made a complaint , it was SOP to not get a response.


going forwards, it would be nice if the new cc (or whats left of it),
would respond to complainants to let them know if the complaint was
heard, ignored, acted on, fixed/wontfix etc.
