 BT.601 matrix coeff. was derived from BT.470 System M primaries which are
 not in use in any BT.601 matrix content.

 Also, 0.212656 is technically incorrect, as it will round to 0.2127. SMPTE
 177 tells how to correctly derive the values (from BT.709 primaries and
 D65 white point).
