 Yes, I realize I was oversimplifying - I was just just going for the gist
 of what was occurring by providing a simple example.

 So, yes, every minute (except every tenth minute) I'd expect 29.97 fps
 content to drop two frames, 59.94 to drop four frames, and 119.88 to drop
 eight.
