 ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -c:v libx265 -vtag HEVC -flags:v -global_header -bf 0
 -preset ultrafast -c:a libopus -atag  0x704F -f asf output.asf

 output.asf can be played on Windows Media Player
 But output.asf cannot be played on ffplay
