 tested with ffmpeg 12139d11036e3e5db87c4ab5a2b064fed7394bbb.

 libdav1d between git commit
 94b1bf456e9062a2f966453b1daea3fd6a9e03cc(working)
 d821d88035aee149a3b6e4d1b1876f080ad8adab(broken) did something which
 breaks ffmpeg ability to seek into a video file (any yt-dlp av01
 downloaded video from youtube and muxed in a .mkv).

 Probably related to some modified return code handling in libdav1d.

 (sorry, did not bisect the guilty commit, very few commits though).
