 Fixed by Philip de Nier in the BBC muxer (BBC BMX Transwrap):
 https://sourceforge.net/p/bmxlib/bmx/ci/8285326eee1762b982b7adadd554318d6fa05c8b/

 Now only FFMpeg is left with the issue... :(
