 Hi Balling,
 I actually checked and yes, the internal sample rate of Dolby E varies
 depending on the associated video frame-rate between 42965Hz and 53760Hz,
 however such sample rate is ALWAYS converted back to 48kHz after decoding,
 doesn't matter if it's higher (like in NTSC) or lower (like in PAL).
