Old description:

> The documentation for aresample in ffmpeg-all.html (chapter 36.44)

New description:

 The documentation for aresample in ffmpeg-all.html (chapter 36.44)
 contains a dead link to the "ffmpeg resampler manual" when the ffmpeg-
 resampler.html file is not contained into the same directory.

 In order to avoid this, the generated documentation should contain links
 pointing to the included references. This can maybe be done by converting
 the links when generating the -all pages in order to avoid external
 references.
