Changes (by John Regan):

 * Attachment "nonfragmented-aac-itunes.mp4" added.

 Non-fragmented MP4 file with AAC audio. Uses a custom metadata (iTunSMPB)
 to signal the priming and padding samples to discard. Should decode to
 exactly 96000 samples.
