 That is P3-D65, so yes.

 >I think P3 is supposed to use D65 adapted to D50 in the ICC profile.

 All ICC before v5 are only D50 adapted, so Red matrix, Green, Blue are
 different from canonical values on wikipedia that are D65 adapted.
