 Summary of the bug: When using yt-dlp, chapters aren't embedded with the
 nightly versions of ffmpeg. FFMpeg 6.0 works fine though.

 How to reproduce:

 Obtain the latest ffmpeg from BtBN and yt-dlp and run

 .\yt-dlp --embed-chapters [url]

 Although chapter marks can be seen, the names aren't there.
