 Why does it trigger a warning on non-windows systems because

 >Works on Windows, apparently because compat/w32pthreads.h pulls it

 But that is insane: nvenc.c uses 4 different
 FF_ENABLE_DEPRECATION_WARNINGS/ disable... so what is the problem? LOL,
 what is that?
