 I have found the document on paper.
 The keywords LUT_1D_INPUT_RANGE and LUT_3D_INPUT_RANGE do not exist in
 this specification. Instead there are keywords
 DOMAIN_MIN rl gl bl
 and
 DOMAIN_MAX rh gh bh

 The range of the numbers is not specified.
