 Of course the concept is real simple, null out the area covered by the
 logo (exclusively, voids in logo to still contribute to end product) then
 replace content with panned content. Cycling animated logos can be
 anticipated even if random repeated actions.

 However. One problem. another process needs to be done first to make this
 work well, that is watermark removal, since the edges of logos can contain
 both logo and video, so the steady pixel hues/shading need removal first.
 Some water marks are logos and cycle too.
