 I recently stumbled into this issue while building a service to stream to
 youtube. The command used in the original post is even very very close to
 what I'm using. However anytime the service attempts to stream using an
 m3u8 with an EXT-X-DISCONTINUITY tag in, ffmpeg continues on as though
 nothing is wrong but the Youtube stream health log shows it stops
 receiving data from that point.
