 Testing some builds from https://github.com/BtbN/FFmpeg-Builds/releases to
 try to find when the regression was introduced

 2023-05-31 N-110946-g859c34706d behaves correctly (output is smooth)
 2023-06-30 N-111313-ge4d4d616ba does not behave correctly (output is
 jerky)
