 This is a valid format code, but you appear to have tripped a bug in the
 original decoder: interlaced mode with an unaligned number of vertical
 pixels, causes the vertical pixels to wrap from bottom to top of screen.

 I don't want to reproduce this bug in FFmpeg :(
