 The attached file is not playable in FFmpeg. Steps to reproduce:

 This used to work. Error appear to be caused by commit
 a75a9e8f64ec9660b7c6e16653299f07bfe00f9d which  requiring the s->bayer
 flag to be set externally. When invoking the jpeg decoder from the command
 line like this, the bayer flag is never set.
