 No. You are wrong. One of B you cut has bigger frame_num so it is part of
 Open GOP. Open GOP begins with two B frames, or with I frame and then two
 preceding in pts time B frames that depend on this I frames and frames in
 previous GOP. I mean, I provided 10 sources here. This is not a question.
