 I tried to use https://streams.videolan.org/upload/ to upload the sample
 media as requested on https://ffmpeg.org/bugreports.html, but this did not
 seem to work. It just says that the file was uploaded without providing
 any kind of reference I could link here.

 So here are direct download links for the sample media.
