 >We've so far confirmed the issue with: VLC Media Player, Firefox,
 Discord, etc. on Windows 10/11, using both NVIDIA or AMD GPUs.

 Only Lavfilters blocked DIRECTLY HW passover of unsupported profiles of
 AVC.

 FFMPEG ALWAYS ALLOWS DECODING. Also remember that my bug about slices is
 still open
