 Looks like you ran into the bug described in ticket #9666 (see ​my comment
 there). It is not a complete duplicate though, because your file is based
 upon A53 closed caption SEIs and not User Data Unregistered SEIs.
 Workaround is to use "-a53cc 0". (I just sent a patch to make this the
 default.)
