Comment:

 Implemented in 6043352bd902665b3d598c9be4197e41858a2357. Notice that
 libx265's handling of SEIs is buggy (see
 [https://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/9666#comment:1 here]) and therefore I have
 just sent a patch to disable copying A53 CC data by default.
