 How many times have you seen "discontinuous DTS"? How many times have you
 seen '-ss' and '-to' trims lead to bad concatenations? I don't get those
 anymore, but my procedure is very tedious. It would be nice is '-ss' and
 '-to' worked properly. What I have supplied is a 4 second splice out of 4
 episodes with 7 trims and 3 concatenations of a 5 hour episodic video.
 Everything I've done via workarounds are perfect and I've proceeded with
 HEVC transcoding and MP4 packaging. I've submitted this bug report as a
 good citizen and in hopes that trimming and concatenations will get
 better. My video episodes are all open GOP.
