 I can give you all the Windows scripts. There are 4.
 I started with 00305.m2ts and 00306.m2ts.
 I cut off the front and back from each of them making sure all four cut
 ends are IDR.
 (I used '-bsf noise' to do the cutting and '-bsf setts' to make the IDR
 ends.)
 I concatenated the two episodes.
 (Spliced together, they had 2:47:53 running time.)
 I cut out the 4 second section at the join (i.e., the join time +/- 2
 seconds).
 (I wasn't meticulous cutting that 4 second section. I used '-ss' and
 '-to'. As a result, the ends are not IDR.)
 I renamed the 4 second section to "Ticket_11055.m2ts" and uploaded it to
 trac.
