 ͏    "HDR PNG does not open"
 <!^>    Mostly irrelevant.
 ͏    HDR is metadata-like, I believe.
 ͏    FFmpeg may ignore and just decode, and just present whatsoever: like
 most other implementations.

 ͏    Regardless too many things wrong with the specs. (not only PNG)
 ͏    Perhaps need a through redesign.
